Who is responsible
Hamza Moustaid, based in Mohammedia, Morocco, operating hamzamoustaid.com as a sole trader (auto-entrepreneur). For anything on this page, write to contact@hamzamoustaid.com.
What I collect
If you use the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, plus the country your request came from and the language you were reading in. That is the whole record.
If you consent to analytics: Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and processes your IP address, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Analytics does not run until you agree, and where consent is required you are asked before anything is set.
Always: anonymous performance measurements — which page, which language, how fast it loaded, phone or desktop. No cookie, no identifier, nothing that distinguishes you from anyone else on the same page. It exists so I can tell whether the site is slow, and it cannot be traced back to a person.
Automatically, by the host: Cloudflare processes standard request data, including your IP address, to serve pages and block abuse.
Why, and on what basis
Answering you. If you write to me I need your message and a way to reply. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into any arrangement, and my legitimate interest in replying to correspondence.
Analytics. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
Performance measurement and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a site that works and is not abused. Because the data identifies nobody, it is hard to see how this overrides your interests — but you can object.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the database. Google receives analytics data if you consent. Contact form messages are forwarded to a Gmail address, so Google also processes those in transit and at rest.
Both are US companies and data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under the transfer mechanisms those providers publish. I do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no advertising network on this site.
How long it is kept
Contact messages: kept while the conversation is useful and deleted on request. Analytics: retained by Google under the retention setting on the property. Performance measurements: aggregated and pruned; individual rows are not useful once averaged.
What you can ask for
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what I do with it, give you a copy in a portable form, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it.
Write to contact@hamzamoustaid.com. I will answer within a month. If you are in the EU, the UK or Morocco and think I have got it wrong, you can complain to your national supervisory authority — in Morocco, the CNDP.
Children
This site is written for coaches and adult players. It is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes in substance, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history worth keeping for a site this size; the current text is the whole policy.
